Brouwerij De Hoorn.

Steenhuffel의 마을 양조장은 500년 된 여관에서 이름을 따왔습니다.

De Hoorn 양조장 초기부터 양조 활동에을 보면

대부분은 '갈색' 맥주였으며,

당시 양조장은 마을에서 가장 많은 양을 생산했습니다.

De Hoorn 맥주는 Diepenstein 성에서도 인기를 얻었습니다.

1710년의 영수증에 따르면 Theodoor Cornet은 '반 맥주Half Beer' 한 통과 '좋은 맥주Good Beer' 한 통을 배달했습니다.

그 후 몇 년 동안 코르네는 성에서 일하는 노동자들,

성자의 날 행사 기간 동안의 지역 민병대,

성 위베르의 날 사냥꾼들을 위해 정기적으로 맥주를 주문했습니다.

Belgian Pale Strong Ale

Like a Belgian Pale Ale, the strong versions will also be pale straw to deep golden in color. What sets them apart is a much higher alcohol content that can range from deliciously hidden to devastatingly present. Expect a complex and powerful ale, yet delicate with rounded flavors and a big, billowy, rocky, white head. Hop and malt character can vary, although most are fruity and quite hoppy. In general, hop flavor and aroma will be within the low range and artfully balanced. Duvel is the hallmark of this style, and many other breweries have tried to imitate Duvel Moortgat's quintessential example with similar references to the devil.

벨기에 페일 에일과 마찬가지로 강한 버전도 옅은 밀짚에서 깊은 황금색을 띱니다.

그들을 구별하는 것은 더 높은 알코올 함량입니다.

대부분은 과일 향이 나고 홉이 많습니다.

일반적으로 홉의 풍미와 아로마는 낮은 범위에 있으며 균형을 이룹니다.
