Belgian in origin, this unfiltered style of ale is pale and cloudy in appearance due to the high level of wheat, and sometimes oats, used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel, and occasionally other spices or herbs in the background. The crispness and slight tang comes from the wheat and the lively level of carbonation. This is one style that many US brewers have taken a liking to, and have done a very good job of staying to style. Sometimes served with a lemon, order one without a garnish if you truly want to enjoy the untainted subtleties of this style. Often referred to as "white beers" (witbieren) due to the cloudiness created by yeast in suspension.

높은 수준의 밀과 때로는 귀리로 인해 창백하고 탁한 모양을 하고 있습니다.

일반적으로 고수, 오렌지 껍질, 때때로 다른 향신료나 허브를 배경으로 사용하여

항상 매운 맛을 냅니다.

바삭함과 약간의 톡 쏘는 맛은 밀과 생생한 탄산 수준에서 나옵니다. 현탁액에 있는 효모에 의해 생성되는 흐림 때문에 종종 "화이트 맥주"(witbieren)라고 불립니다.
